Appointments
I offer a free telephone consultation, with absolutely no obligation on your part to go ahead with the therapy afterwards.
The first appointment is up to 2 hours long. This is when I build up a really detailed picture of your personality, and we discuss in great detail how you would like hypnotherapy to help you. You will also have an introduction to hypnosis, and get a feel for how enjoyable it really is.
Subsequent appointments are usually an hour long, but can be a bit longer.

Two Consultations: £70 each
I have found that using 2 consultations, rather than just 1, is a lot more likely to achieve permanent results.
